Shipping & Returns

Fast dispatch • 30-day returns (US) • No-restock pieces are refundable if unworn

Shipping at a glance

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) for in-stock items.

  • Delivery estimates (U.S.): Standard 3–7 business days; Expedited 2–3 business days.

  • International: 5–12 business days to most destinations (customs may add time).

  • You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.


Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET start processing the next business day.

  • During drops/launches, processing can extend to 3–4 business days.

  • Preorders ship by the window stated on the product page; items in the same order ship together unless we notify you.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (chosen automatically for speed/reliability).

  • We currently ship to all 50 states, D.C., and APO/FPO addresses (allow extra transit time for APO/FPO).

International Shipping

  • Duties/VAT: Shown at checkout when available or due on delivery depending on destination.

  • IGHAT isn’t responsible for delays caused by customs.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to edit or cancel, email [support@ifgodhadateam.com] with subject “URGENT: Order Edit”.

  • We’ll try to intercept, but if the label is created, we can’t guarantee changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

  • If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, first check with neighbors/building office.

  • Report lost or stolen packages to us within 7 days of the scan and we’ll help file a carrier claim.

  • Items damaged on arrival? Email [support@ifgodhadateam.com] within 7 days with your order number and clear photos; we’ll make it right.

Purchase Limits & Fair Use

  • Select releases may have a limit of 2 per style per customer. We may cancel suspected bot/reseller orders to protect fair access.


 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Our Promise

If it doesn’t fit or feel right, send it back. U.S. returns are free within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. International customers may return at their own shipping cost.

Eligibility

  • Condition: New, unworn, unwashed, no odors, with original tags/packaging.

  • Window: Request within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof: Order number or email used at purchase.

Not returnable: Final-sale items (marked “Final Sale”), gift cards, mystery/clearance items, and items with visible wear or alteration.

Serialized / Limited Pieces

Serialized or “No Restock” items are returnable if unworn within 30 days, but exchanges are stock-dependent. If your size is gone, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Go to [Start a return] (link your returns portal) or email [support@ifgodhadateam.com].

  2. Choose Return or Exchange and select your item/size.

  3. U.S.: download your prepaid label. International: ship to the address provided (trackable service required).

  4. Drop off within 7 days of label creation.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected (typically 2–5 business days after arrival), refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

  • If your return fails inspection, we’ll notify you and can ship it back at your cost.

Exchanges

  • If the requested size/color is in stock, we’ll ship the exchange after your return scan.

  • If it’s unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

Wrong Item / Defect


Packaging Checklist (to speed up refunds)

  • Fold neatly; include all tags, accessories, and the original polybag if possible.

  • Put the RMA/packing slip inside and seal securely.

  • Use the provided label (U.S.) or write the RMA on the outside (international).
